1. Using this website

These terms cover this public website and the course policies below. Registration, student accounts, payments, and course materials are handled through the student portal. Browsing courses or using the AI-assisted chat does not enroll you or charge a payment. Confirm class requirements and final pricing in the portal.

2. Registration and class schedules

The course policies apply when you register for an iEducations course. Review the course description, eligibility requirements, and schedule before registering. Services are offered to residents of the United States and Canada; contact us to confirm your eligibility for a particular program.

3. Course access and materials

Online course access is for enrolled students only. Keep personal course links and credentials confidential. Course materials belong to iEducations and must not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission. Sharing or misusing a course link results in access being revoked and the related certificate being invalidated.

4. Supplies and clinical participation

iEducations provides the supplies, instruments, and printed study materials needed for class. Students must wear scrubs. Clinical patients must sign a No Objection Form before participating. The clinical class location is 970 W El Camino Real, Suite 3, Sunnyvale, CA 94087. Confirm the location and attendance instructions in your course confirmation.

5. Completion certificates

Certificates are issued on the day of course completion. They are official completion records and must not be forged, altered, tampered with, resold, duplicated without authorization, or misrepresented. Creating or using a falsified certificate results in permanent disqualification from iEducations courses and may lead to legal action.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling, and attendance

The following course fees and deadlines apply to registration changes, subject to any refund rights required by applicable law:

7. Privacy and personal information

When you contact iEducations or register through an available registration service, the information you provide may include contact details, course selections, and information needed to administer enrollment or payment. We use that information to respond to inquiries, manage participation, deliver course instructions, and communicate about your registration.

8. Cookies and preferences

This site uses cookies to remember your language and cookie preference. It does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Read the Cookie Policy for the cookie inventory, storage periods, and browser controls.

9. External websites

Links to organizations, registration services, and other external websites may take you away from this site. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Review them before providing information or completing a transaction.

10. Questions and disputes

Contact iEducations first about a course or registration concern. If a dispute remains unresolved, iEducations may pursue available legal remedies. Responsibility for arbitration costs, court costs, and attorney fees is subject to applicable law and any enforceable agreement. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
